借り受け人

(1)a person who owes a creditor; someone who has the obligation of paying a debt

(2)債権者に借金がある人

(3)債務を返済する義務を持つ人

(4)a holder of buildings or lands by any kind of title (as ownership or lease)

(5)建造物の、またはあらゆる所有権の土地の所有者（所有またはリースとして）

(7)別の誰かにより所有されている土地、建物、あるいは車の賃貸料を支払う誰か

(8)someone who receives something on the promise to return it or its equivalent
